Who is Bail Agent Network?

With over 20 years of experience, Bail Agent Network provides the public with access to all the necessary resources needed to locate the best professional help when it comes to bail bonds. Every day thousands of arrestees and their family and friends use Bail Agent Network’s website to learn about bail bonds and find the bail agent of their choice.

 

Does Bail Agent Network provide bail services?

Bail Agent Network does not provide bail services.  Our database provides access to bail agent information for those seeking bail services.  In conjunction with that, we offer all bail agents the opportunity to customize their listing information and purchase county specific listings for view to the public.

 

Why is there a toll-free number on the homepage?

The toll-free number is a 24-hour hotline available for those looking to find a bail agent.  The call center agents answer calls from people searching for a bail agent and will connect the callers with bail agents using the listings from the Bail Agent Network database.  The call center agent calls the first bail agent listing in the county where the bail bond is needed and connects the customer call.  If there is no answer, the call center agent tries the second listing, and so on.  Please see the FAQ “What determines the order in which the listings are displayed?” for more information.

 

Why should I create a custom listing?

Customizing and purchasing a county specific listing is the best way to ensure that your information will be seen by those seeking a bail agent.  Specifically, customized listings are given preferential display in a specific county’s search results.  Soon all “pre-loaded” free listings will be deleted from the database.

 

How do I create a listing?

You can create a listing in 3 simple steps:

  • Register as a bail agent at bailagentnetwork.com/register
  • Once logged in, click the red “Create County Listing”
  • Fill in your information, select the county/location you want to be displayed in, and follow the prompts to check-out and secure your listing.

 

How do I setup a listing for additional DBA’s (Doing Business As) that I have?

There are 2 ways to add additional Doing Business As (DBA) names to your profile.

  • Once logged in, click the “Manage DBA’s” option on the left side menu bar, or
  • In the “Create County Listing” setup when you chose your business name, click the “Add DBA” option

 

Will my listing be displayed by State, County, or City?

Listings are displayed and grouped by COUNTY.  We require you to provide your address, city and state information as well for the user’s reference, but all listings appear based on the county the user is searching within.

 

 

What determines the order in which the listings are displayed?

Customized and purchased listings are given preference over “pre-loaded” free listings that the Bail Agent Network team created.  The paid listings start on page one of the listings and are randomly shuffled for each search result.  All free “pre-loaded” listings appear in alphabetical order after the paid listings and are not shuffled.

 

How long will my listing be displayed?

Listings are purchased for 30 days.  These purchases are done on a recurring basis and will be charged monthly.  Soon all “pre-loaded” free listings will be deleted from the database.

 

How do I stop my listing?

To stop your listing, simply login to your profile at www.bailagentnetwork.com/login , click the “Manage Listings” option on the left side menu, find the listing you wish to stop and click the red “Delete” button.  All listings are purchased for 30 days, so all stopped listings will continue through the remainder of that cycle’s 30-day timeframe and will not automatically renew.

 

How will I be charged for my listing?

Listings are purchased for 30 days.  These purchases are done on a recurring basis and will be charged monthly on the same day of the month as the original purchase date.

 

How do I edit my information on my listing?

To edit a listing, simply login to your profile at www.bailagentnetwork.com/login , click “Manage Listings” on the left side menu, find the listing you wish to edit and click the red “Edit” button.  This will allow you to edit the information for that listing.

**NOTE – You will not be able to edit the “County” information for the listing, as changes to the county would incur, potentially, a different charge monthly.  To change the county for a listing you will need to delete the listing and create a new listing with the correct county information.

 

Can I get my listing to show up first/on top of the list?

Currently all customized and purchased listings are given priority and shuffled randomly for each search result.  Due to this random shuffling of listings, your listing will appear at the top of the list about as often as each of the other listings.  In the future, Bail Agent Network will be adding additional services that give the option for even more priority displays for ads.  When that is available Bail Agent Network will alert all registered bail agents in our system.
